The production process of natural disposable wooden cutlery
Disposable wooden cutlery is made of 100% planted forest wood and degradable naturally without any treatment. We do not use any chemicals or additives in the production process of disposable wooden cutlery, qualified for export to Europe and developed countries in the world.
1. The production process of disposable wooden cutlery
a. Cut wood into logs
Wood after being harvested from large timber growing areas such as Bac Kan, Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen will be cut into pieces according to specifications to prepare for the production.
b. Boil wood 80 - 90 degrees C
Logs will be boiled at a temperature of 80 - 90 degrees Celsius to kill microorganisms that stick to the trunk and soften to peel off the outer bark and get the fine wood inside.

c. Cut wood into thin sheet
The fine wood inside after sterilization will be put into the machine to roll and peel off into thin pieces with a thickness of 2cm to match the thickness of the product.
d. Punching and Shaping
The thin pieces of wood are then put into the forming press to create the rough profiles of the product
e. High frequency drying
High frequency drying is a method to dry the product as well as sterilize the remaining microorganisms on the disposable wooden cutlery product.
f. Prototyping heat press
The product profiles after being dried are put into the heat press machine to shape the product. This is the last step before being packaged and preserved.
g. Finished product packaging
Products after being pressed and shaped will be selected disposable wooden cutlery of uniform color quality and preserved.
